To test evaporators, Samartest have the Evaporator Air Unit and the Evaporator Refrigerant Unit. With these test benches we can set test conditions like internal and external temperatures at both inlets and outlets, flow rates of air and refrigerant, external air velocity, internal and external differential pressure and air humidity. Performance vibration tests can also be fulfilled in our facilities using electric and hydraulic vibration test benches.

Taking advantage of our accurate data acquisition systems, we can record all temperature, pressure and flow rate data in different points in order to evaluate efficiency of samples with graphics and schemes. Thermographic videos can be recorded as well, for better understanding of thermal and mechanical behaviours. This information could be useful to improve the design of tested samples.
