Mainly, charge coolers are subjected to air performance test. Using Air Thermal Shock test benches we are able to control and measure air parameters during test. If liquid performance test is required, we can use Liquid Thermal Shock test benches to fulfil the test with specified flow rate, temperature and pressure conditions. Performance vibration tests can also be fulfilled in our facilities using electric and hydraulic vibration test benches.
Taking advantage of our accurate data acquisition systems, we can record all temperature, pressure and flow rate data in different points in order to evaluate efficiency of samples with graphics and schemes. Thermographic videos can be recorded as well, for better understanding of thermal and mechanical behaviours. This information could be useful to improve the design of tested samples.
